Drills
These are fundamental exercises to master for flexibly for faster running, better form and efficiency. Weather your running a mile or an ultra these will help keep you healthy with a longer rang of motion to promote faster running.
Strides
What are strides? They are post workout short pick ups. They aren't a full all out sprints but they consist of 6-10x 10-15 second pick up with standing rest. They help your legs how to learn how to run faster. If you able to find a 2-4% incline for these it will benefit you even more!
