How many weeks does someone train for a marathon?

Training for a marathon is typically 16 to 22 week.  A seasoned runner all ready hitting milage going in will typically build up for 16 week.  While a beginner will take a bit longer

What is your refund policy?

We would hate to see you go!  Monthly plans go month by month.  Yearly plans we will prorate your plan at the end of the current month.  

What happens if I get hurt?

Unfortunately this is part of the game.  Depending on the injury we many tweak things and try to run through it with some rehab/ cross train. Or we will need to take a break and do rehab/ cross train.  If training related we will try to learn about why it happened to prevent it in the future. 

How long do I run in trainers?

Typically shoes last about 400 miles.  Racing or workout shoes will last 150-200 miles.  

What events/ distances do you train?

We typically train from 800m through 50k.  As well as trail running and different sports as well.  If there's any other endurance training you're interested in send us a message! There's a list in the training plans tab

What ages do you train? 

We will train anyone in 6th grade and older.  

How often can we communicate?

I believe communication is the best way for both of us to learn and grow.  Feel free to call me, text or email.  

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Venmo, Check or cash.  If monthly payments should be sent within the first week of each month. After the 7th of each month you will receive and email with your monthly fee and a $10 dollar late fee

How is my training written?

We will set up a google sheets account.  We will have shared access and be able to update anytime.
