Tier 1
This includes continued communication, text, video, or phone calls. 2-4 week advanced notification of workouts. All plans will evolve as you grow through fitness. When life gets in the way, we adjust and move forward. All workouts and plans are subject to change so keep looking for any updates. We will work with your work schedule and plan bigger days when you have the time and shorter when you don’t! We will try to not update anything the day of without giving you a heads up so please look at your schedule frequently.

Tier 2
This includes plan 1 but adds on detailed strength training, running efficacy, shoes, nutrition suggestions, recovery and wellness.
$225 a month


Other endurance training
We also specialized in endurance training, they include but not limited to: Triathlon, hiking, mountaineering, swimming

If event or meeting is outside of the Gallatin Valley, travel costs will need to be covered.
Have a gym membership but not sure what to do? We have a home gym, we can guide you on perfect form at our house and create a plan. We can meet you at your gym and create a plan to follow! send of a message. Virtual sessions are available as well!
